Launch Week

Liam’s Doom launches on Tuesday, and I’m super excited – as well as being a bundle of emotions, as I mentioned in the last post. I can’t wait to see how people respond to my work and to Sam’s adventure. This week, I’m going to talk about what I have planned for Launch Week, specifically, the Behind the Pages interview on 9 March.

We had initially planned a book launch party for Tuesday night, but with COVID still looming in the air, a party is neither safe nor responsible. So, instead of a traditional party or even the more common Virtual Launch Party, my partner, Nixie, is going to interview me live on YouTube, going “Behind the Pages” to get the stories behind the story. She has some questions prepared, but we welcome questions from viewers.

So, if you’ve ever wanted to ask an author to talk about inspiration, ideas, plans, or anything about the process, this can be your chance. I’m looking forward to sharing both my story and the story behind it with everyone.

Also, the eBook for Liam’s Doom will be available as a Kindle exclusive for 90 days. Following that, it will be available on all e-reader platforms.

Liam’s Doom goes on sale 9 March 2021 at all major and minor retail outlets from Amazon to Barnes & Noble to Bookshop.org. I request that you support Bookshop.org, as their site supports local and independent bookstores. The eBook version is, at present, an Amazon exclusive.
